the ocean view was a bonus. we enjoyed everything about the hotel - it met expectation. beach tree bar is just a walk down to the venue. 30 minutes' drive to the airport.

Brilliant place for a trip in Kailua-Kona! No reason to complain with the hotel. Within short walking distance to the restaurant Ulu Ocean Grill. We really enjoyed staying at kona village resort
